Her typical responsibilities include the following:


1. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
2. Interact with clients, vendors and visitors
3. Take Minutes at Meetings and distributing them
4. Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
5. Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings.
6. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
7. File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.
8. Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
9. Support staff in assigned project‐based work.
10. Other duties as assigned by General Manager

 

Qualifications: 1 year experience in a similar position

 

General Skills:
1. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills are essential.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English.
3. Candidate must be technology savvy and have excellent overall knowledge of MS Office applications
4. Candidate must be presentable.
