Her typical responsibilities include the following:

1. Reports to the General Manager
2. Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
3. Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member
4. Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
5. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls
6. Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
7. Respond to public inquiries
8. Provide word-processing and secretarial support
9. Type and maintain confidential documents
10. Any other additional related duties requested by her superiors


Qualifications: 1 year experience in a similar position


General Skills:

1- Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills are essential.
2- Fluent in written and spoken English.
3- Candidate must be technology savvy and have excellent overall knowledge of MS Office applications
4- Candidate must be presentable.
